  • The Parent Concierge can provide personalized referrals to child care services, doctors, family-friendly events, prenatal and postpartum specialists, life coaches, and so much more. Depending on the service you choose, we can also schedule campus tours and appointments, manage your family calendar, coordinate for major life events, conduct periodic family reviews, and plan ahead for transitions and changes, all within your private family portal.

  • The cost ranges from $199-$5,000+ depending on the service you choose, your payment plan, private portal access, and more. Because we stray from a typical one-size-fits-all approach, and we don’t confine you to a certain number of hours each month, we create a custom package that fits your budget and family.

  • The whole purpose of The Parent Concierge is to give busy parents time back with their families and the capacity to be present. This means offloading tasks and reducing the mental load. The specific way in which we do this is based on what you need and when you need it. And if you’re not sure, we can help you assess and plan.

  • I don’t handle physical errands, pickups, or in-home household tasks, but I do take the mental load off your plate by coordinating the right people and services to handle those needs. I can source trusted providers, organize schedules, manage details, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes—so you still get relief without adding another person to physically manage.

  • Yes - for my VIP clients, I provide support with family logistics and complex scheduling through a private, custom-built family portal. This portal acts as your centralized command center, where I organize school dates, provider appointments, deadlines, reminders, and key documents. I make sure everything is clearly laid out, coordinated, and easy for your family (or staff) to follow.
